Advanced training course “Hydraulic drive”

We invite: specialists in the field of hydraulic drives, in particular, design and maintenance engineers and hydraulic equipment setters at enterprises.

Course aim: advanced training of specialists in the field of hydraulic drives for stationary and mobile machines through studying modern achievements in the design and calculation of hydraulic drives and the nomenclature of Ukrainian and foreign hydraulic units.

1 Basics of volumetric hydraulic drive design (its operating principle and calculation dependencies)

2 Graphic designations of hydraulic pneumatic devices, rules for building circuit diagrams

3 Volumetric hydraulic machines: design; operating principle of pumps, hydraulic motors, and hydraulic cylinders

4 Hydraulic devices: hydraulic distributors

5 Hydraulic devices: hydraulic pressure relief valves

6 Hydraulic devices: throttles and flow control valves

7 Hydraulic tanks, oil coolers, filters, pipelines, measuring and control appliances

8 Hydraulic drives with open and closed circuits, tools for throttle and volumetric speed control of hydraulic motors

9 Electrohydraulic tools used in modern hydraulic drives for control and energy saving

10 Testing of hydraulic machines and hydraulic devices, schematic diagrams and methods

11 Modern nomenclature of hydraulic equipment: technical level, leading manufacturers in Ukraine and abroad
12 Operation of hydraulic equipment (preparation for startup, technical diagnostics, safety measures)

13 Classification of hydraulic fluids and methods of their selection

14 Hydraulic equipment maintenance (repair technology, materials and coating)

15 Final workshop
