Course aim: getting acquainted with

·        laws, resolutions, decrees, orders, directives, and other normative legal acts issued by state authorities and local self-government bodies that regulate activities of enterprises as regards material, labor and financial resources, construction and operation of roads and airfields, organization of production;

·        theoretical bases of the improvement of consumer properties of roads during their operation;

·        physical and chemical bases of structure formation of materials in repairing road coatings;

·        the main ways to improve road safety and traffic management by means of the maintenance service;

·        problems and prospects of the development of certain measures for the operation of winter roads, the ethics of business communication and negotiations.

6. Effective methods of improving traffic safety by means of road maintenance service – 4 hours

7. Organization, planning, and management of repair, construction and maintenance works on highways – 10 hours

8. Economic aspects of the functioning of enterprises engaged in the road sector and their financing – 6 hours

9. Modern road construction vehicles and machinery – 4 hours

10. Features of bridges and overpasses operation – 4 hours

11. Modern road construction materials – 4 hours

12. Basics of quality control in the light of modern requirements – 4 hours

13. Statistical tools for road quality control – 4 hours

14. Basic requirements for occupational safety and environmental protection at the present stage – 4 hours

15. Document management and business Ukrainian – 2 hours
